Our Agro Project Management team is nimble, collaborative, and driven.

As we prepare to launch a frontier and disruptive suite of products and services, we are scaling a wide and deep sales pipeline across diverse use cases — and we are looking for a Senior Product OwnerProject Manager to join our crew! This is a France-based position.

THE ROLE:

The Senior Product Owner / Project Manager is passionate about Agriculture, geospatial data and AI to drive the rapid delivery of data-driven products in a fast-evolving, international environment. In a context where speed to market, iterative delivery, and the ability to pivot based on customer traction are critical, she / he plays a key role in ensuring products are delivered quickly, tested in real conditions, and continuously refined. This role requires strong agility, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset to operate effectively.

She / he is responsible for structuring and organizing iterations, ensuring that deliverables meet product expectations and deliver tangible user value. This includes framing business needs with stakeholders, owning backlog prioritization, validating outputs, and proactively managing risks. 
Working across distributed teams in France, Brazil, and North America, she / he coordinates complex deliveries while maintaining alignment between product vision, technical execution, and project constraints. 

She / he has solid technical background, and strong experience in Agile delivery and project management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate across strategic, operational, and technical levels. A curious, innovation-driven mindset, particularly in domains such as Earth Observation, AI, and agriculture, is key to success. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Product owner
  • Elicitate business objectives and product requirements with internal stakeholder, resulting in clear vision and priorities communication to the team
  • Coordinate maintenance and sales support activities between business and technical teams
  • Own and prioritize product backlog based on business value and effort sizing, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives
  • Ensure consistency between: Jira (execution), Portfolio / reporting (grants, clients) 
  • Ensure value delivery and acceptance (UAT, validation)  
  • Organize releases and maintenance lifecycle 
  • Communicate about releases and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Participate into product Definition & Roadmaps

As Project manager
  • Participate into project proposal writing and costing 
  • Plan and manage project execution 
  • Translate project constraints & expectations into backlog priorities 
  • Ensure: planning adherence, budget / scope control, risks management 
  • Lead stakeholder communication (internal + external); manage expectations, abide to reporting obligations 
YOUR PAST MISSIONS:
  • Master’s degree or Phd in Agronomy, remote-sensing or related field
  • Senior level - min 5 ideally 10+ years experience
  • Proven successful experience in Digital solution delivery from POC to scaled solution
  • Experience in complex project environments (multi Internal and external stakeholders, distributed teams, groundbreaking innovation)
YOUR TOOL KIT:
 
  • Proven robust experience in delivering projects in Agronomy / GIS / Remote Sensing / Data Sciences / AI
  • Experience in managing European/International consortium projects is a plus
  • Professional fluent English and French is key, both spoken and writing. Interviews for the position will be lead in both languages.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Physical Setting: primarily office-based in Balma (Toulouse) in modern offices located in an eco-neighbourood;  remote work based on the company internal rules.
Working hours are French based with periodic cross-over work required with other team members across a few time zones.
Salary package including fixed salary, variable bonus, holidays allowance.
